Wholesale & Order Questions 

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for fresh cut flowers export?

A: Our standard MOQ is five cartons. Small trial orders are supported for new clients with flexible mixed packing.

Q2: Can I mix different flower types in one shipment?

A: Yes. We support mixed loading of roses, lilies, gerberas, calla lilies, chrysanthemums and seasonal filler flowers in one carton.

Q3: How do I place a wholesale order?

A: You can send your flower list, target quantity and destination port to our sales email iris@sunmoreflower.com or WhatsApp +8615287191893. We will offer formal PI within 24 working hours after confirming all details.

Q4: What payment terms do you accept for international flower orders?

A: We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C irrevocable at sight. For long-term cooperative clients, flexible payment terms can be negotiated after credit verification.

Q5: Do you offer volume discounts for large container orders?

A: Yes. Discount tiers apply for 20GP / 40HQ full container orders, repeat monthly bulk orders and annual framework cooperation clients. Contact our sales to get exclusive price list.

Q1: Where are your fresh cut flowers grown?

A: All our flowers are cultivated in Yunnan, China—the core flower production base with ideal sunlight and mild climate, famous for long vase life and bright petal color.

Q2: What flower varieties do you supply year-round?

A: Stable year-round supply: roses, lilies, gerberas, calla lilies, chrysanthemums, gypsophila, eucalyptus, etc. Most of the flowers are year-round supply. Seasonal limited stock: peony, ranunculus, tulip, delphinium, seasonal foliage.

Q3: How long is the vase life of your exported flowers?

A: Our fresh cut flowers are harvested at the optimal bud stage, treated with professional preservative liquid before packing. Average vase life reaches 10–30 days under standard cold storage conditions.

Q4: Can I request specific stem length, bloom grade or color shade?

A: Fully customizable. We offer multiple grades (Premium / Standard / Economy), adjustable stem lengths and customized color selections to match local market demand of your country.

Shipping, Cold Chain & Delivery

Q1: What shipping methods do you use for fresh cut flower export?

A: Three main solutions:

Air freight: Fast transit 1–4 days for small trial orders, door-to-door cold courier service.

Refrigerated Truck: full-process low temperature control, ideal for shipments to countries bordering China.

Sea cold container: Low-cost bulk shipment 7–25 days for full container wholesale orders, full temperature-controlled cold chain from farm to destination port.

Q2: What temperature do you maintain during cold chain transport?

A: We strictly control 2–4°C constant low temperature for all fresh flower cartons throughout storage, loading and transit to slow flower ripening and extend shelf life.

Q3:How long will my order take to arrive at my country?

A: Air shipment: 1–4 working days. Refrigerated Truck: 3-7days to most countries. Sea refrigerated container: Depends on destination country, ranging 6–25 days. Our sales will inform exact transit schedule before order confirmation.

Q4: How are flowers packed to avoid breakage during transit?

A: Layered export-grade cartons with moisture-proof film, individual flower branch wrapping, shockproof foam corner protection and absorbent cotton to lock moisture without rotting stems.

Customs, Certificates & Documents

Q1: What export documents can you provide for customs clearance?

A: We supply full standard export papers: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate (on request).

Q2: Can you issue country-specific phytosanitary certificates for my market?

A: Yes. We cooperate with official agricultural quarantine bureau to issue compliant phytosanitary certificates.

Q3: Do your flowers meet import plant quarantine standards of EU/GCC/ASEAN?

A: All production and packing processes follow international plant protection standards. We can adjust pre-shipment inspection process to match special import rules of your target country.

Q4: Who is responsible for import customs duty and local clearance?

A: Buyer takes charge of import tax, duty and local customs clearance upon goods arrival. We can recommend reliable local customs brokers for your reference if needed.

OEM, Custom & Long-term Cooperation

Q1: Can I customize carton printing with my own brand logo?

A: Yes, OEM private label service available. Custom printed export cartons, brand stickers and packing sleeves can be arranged for regular bulk orders.

Q2: Do you offer exclusive regional agency cooperation?

A: We support exclusive distribution cooperation for qualified importers. Contact sales to discuss regional market protection, exclusive pricing and annual supply framework agreement.

Q3: Can you provide regular weekly/monthly fixed supply for my flower shop chain?

A: We sign stable annual supply contracts for chain florists, supermarket flower sections and wholesale markets, with fixed weekly shipment schedule and priority picking for fresh harvest.

Q4: Can I get free flower samples before bulk order?

A: Sample cartons are available for quality testing, client only covers air freight cost and certificates cost of samples. Sample cost will be deducted from your first formal bulk order.

After-sales, Damage & Compensation

Q1: What if flowers arrive damaged, wilted or rotten upon receipt?

A: Please take clear photos/videos of damaged cartons and flowers within 12 hours of goods arrival, send to our sales team. We will assess the damage ratio quickly.

Q2: What is your compensation policy for transit damage?

A: Damage over 5% of total order quantity qualifies for proportional compensation: either partial refund on next order or free flower replacement in your next shipment, subject to damage verification.

Q3: Is there any warranty for flower quality?

A: We guarantee flowers meet the grade and vase life stated in PI when leaving our warehouse. Damage caused by improper local storage, delayed customs clearance or local cold chain failure is not covered by compensation.

Q4: How fast will you reply to after-sales claims?

A: Our after-sales team replies within 12 working hours once receiving your damage evidence. All compensation solutions will be confirmed within 2 working days.
